Can't register new accounts?

My friend is trying to register an account, but he isn't receiving the confirmation e-mail. I have tried making a new account as well to see if it would work and I have had no success. Is the registration system broken?

I do not have this problem, at least. Did you check your spam folders? Alternatively, are you trying to register with gmx.de e-mail accounts?

I'm using yahoo and still haven't gotten my email. Checked inbox, spam and trash. Will try again using mail.com

If you PM me the e-amil addresses you used to try and register, I can check what has gone wrong. There have been mails successfully sent to Yahoo lately, at least.
