the minimap bottom left kills me is all I said. I'm not asking about invisible tree's and what not. I enjoy immersion. A stretchable map you can move, not everyone wants to develop a lazy eye trying to maintain map awareness and play at the same time.

I can agree the minimap is particularly bad.. I would love a more user friendly UI, I just hope to keep it immersive and not feel like I am gimping myself for not running everywhere with a flat green blotchy ground being the only thing I see.

I agree, I like using the default client, the only gripes I have with it are the small minimap and the fact that you can't inverse the camera control. If they fixed that I don't think I'd even bother using a custom client. I like actually seeing trees and flavor objects.

it would be nice t be able to hide things cause trees are a pain when running away from things. and being able to see people would be nice, at the moment they don't appear on a minimap, so unless theyre in your immediate screen, you see nothing which is a shame.
but the client otherwise is fine, not sure why jorb/loftar can't integrate that into the current client instead of having so many different hybrid clients people need to download.
