Autowalk/Run

I know we can already Shift+Click to walk in a direction indefinitely.

But would it be possible to make it so when we hit NUMLOCK or something (Left Click and Hold maybe?) that it toggles our character to start automatically walking, and then when we move our mouse somewhere different on the screen the character while still autowalking will change direction in the direction of where the cursor is at any given time?
