I have Yeomanry and also discovered Bone glue but still cant make a Pali also i cant make Ropes so what am i missing the skill " Rope Twining"?

If it's like before, then you need Animal Husbandry to make ropes.

You need to discover rope and bone glue to be able to make palisades.

You also will likely need to discover leather.
