Hi all. I have some questions with regards to the hunger/stamina/energy mechanics
Correct me if I am wrong.
When I do any activities that uses stamina, energy is used to recover stamina.
To recover energy, I eat food.
When I eat, the hunger level goes up, energy levels goes up.
If hunger level goes up too high, the modifier get reduced.
Here's my questions
How do I optimally used my stamina, so that I can always maintain 300% modifier on my hunger level?
How long does it take for hunger level to go down? I left for few hours and it is only decreasing a few %.
Is there anyway to reduce hunger level other than waiting?
Thanks all.

Re: Hunger Mechanics
Since hunger reduces over IRL time, it entirely depends on your hours played.
I find with being conservative as a 4-6 hours/day player I can keep my hunger in the "Content" stage, which gives me 90% fep. As my quality / "tech" progression increases I'll have access to hunger reduction tools so we'll see how that pans out.
