(Idk if this is suposta exist)
I had a boat with a fox and a mouflon corpses in it so when I came home to drop off the stuff I was at a speed of like 1/4 of the crawl speed if not slower walking to my boat spot.

Full boats are meant to slow you down that much.

Re: Super crawl
Reminds me of this

Hard to explain but it's basically a Finnish meme originating from some no-tie shoelace commercial where laces are proclaimed to be "sairaan nopee" roughly translating as "wicked fast." In this context it creates ironic joke by saying that while crawling really slow.

Re: Super crawl
What's much worse is that you can't take the items out of the boat again once it's on land. If you teleport to your HF, and you're nowhere close to a body of water, you're out of luck - you can't really carry your boat back to water due to this slowness, and you can't take the stuff out of the boat again to make it possible to carry the boat. Furthermore, destroying the boat destroys the items it contains (entirely - not even 'contents dropped on the ground' destroyed, it just completely disappears).
It's probably intended behavior to stop boats from being used as portable containers, but it's still pretty annoying.

Re: Super crawl
We regularly hearth with boats and collect the goods from it while on land so it is very much possible.

Yes, just move the camera so you can see inside the boat so you can click the bags there.TeckXKnight wrote:We regularly hearth with boats and collect the goods from it while on land so it is very much possible.

Re: Super crawl
You do not use the lift command to remove items from a boat. Just rotate camera to see inside the boat when its on the ground and right click the cargo that will be at front or back or both.VDZ wrote:I tried that multiple times but it just kept lifting the boat over and over.Granger wrote:Yes, just move the camera so you can see inside the boat so you can click the bags there.TeckXKnight wrote:We regularly hearth with boats and collect the goods from it while on land so it is very much possible.
