Nick & Knacks will heal on their own slowly.
3 Stinging Nettle, 2 String, 1 Dried Hide to make a Stinging Poultice, they cure Swollen Bumps and Deep Cuts.
1 Wool on a Loom will give you 1 Gauze, which heals Cruel Incisions, Deep Cuts, Fell Slashes, and Blunt Trauma.
Wool is obtained by right clicking a Clover on a Muflon (Looks like a Ram/Sheep/Goat) will allow you to right click it and Sheer Wool.
Unfortunately, Bruises and a couple other wounds can not be healed yet, its effectively permanent HHP loss until Jorbtar add in another way to heal them, so be careful when fighting anything more than Foxes.
