First aid...Nothing happens
I dont get healed when i use first aid. what the hell, i put the bandage on my head, nothing happens

It happens over time. You regenerate hhp slowly.
Best way to heal is to have food bar in green, stamina full, a head wrap and some leeches. Do note that this is meant to heal hhp. Not soft hp. For soft hp just eat and keep your stamina up.
