Similar to clipping a claim, initiating Criminal Acts and then attacking a player will now do 1 damage to you if you are on a claim.
Similar thread viewtopic.php?f=47&t=41140 slightly different problem though.

You take 1 SHP damage from creating a scent. You create a scent when you enter combat with a player, because this is a crime. It's not a bug. You commit a crime on a claim, you take HHP. I don't believe people can be given permission to assault on a claim.

Okay thanks for the clarification, before this world I wasn't much of a vandal, but I got a decent start so I'm trying different things.
