Terrain Loading Error
This bug occured when I hearthed back to my base. When I hearthed I was right near a mountain and what basically happened was the map and ground got overlaid with the previous terrains settings or something. Its just a visual bug. Heres a picture to help illustrate what im seeing. http://i.imgur.com/dvTW9Np.jpg The picture on the left was taken by my friend, and the one on the right was taken by me.

Re: Terrain Loading Error
If the issue is just the mangled minimap then it's a bug in the custom client. This should probably go into the client's thread and not Bugs section.

Re: Terrain Loading Error
You are using a custom client, I take it?

It is ambers client yes, but the way the terrain overlaid on top of everything didn't really feel like a bug due to the client. Felt more like a loading bug.

Re: Terrain Loading Error
Oh you meant the actual ground and not the minimap.. yeah it's most likely unrelated to amber then ^^

Re: Terrain Loading Error
Reminds me of that map tearing bug where somehow the client used cached map information instead of getting the current map information from the server if I'm looking at the images correctly... I think Ender or one of the other modders said something about getting the same random coordinates too close together or something
