Vanilla client crash when leaving house (regular client)
So I noticed I many time freeze when I go out of my house in amber client, so I decided to check if I get same issue in regular client and it turns out I did:

Re: Vanilla client crash when leaving house (regular client)
Is the client freezing at the "waiting for map data" part with rest of the screen black? That happens all the time to me and my friend, usually with cellar door though.

Yes, it is exactly "waiting for map data" freeze in amber client but that doesn't yield a bug report. However, in vanilla client it actually causes a crash with the information I pasted in my first post in this thread.vatas wrote:Is the client freezing at the "waiting for map data" part with rest of the screen black? Same, I crash 30% of the time I leave my house, and only when leaving house.
windows XP, 32 bits, latest java.
minimap is loading OK with animals and stuff, but main screen is black with "waiting for data".

Re: Vanilla client crash when leaving house (regular client)
Going to bump this as it showed up for me with the new world. I've been bouncing in and out of caves since the server came up (at least while it's been up and playable).
