Has it ever worked before this attempt?

If so, has anything changed with your PC since the last time it worked? (Installed new Java, new drivers, anything?)

More important would be the graphics card tab of the dxdiag.

Might have something to do with 10 year old computer. Truth is that they are not meant to run stuff like this. So you will encounter many problems like this. I think it has something to do with your graphics driver/java version. Are you using java 8? Also for that old computers drivers are very likely not updated anymore.

If it worked before, reinstall the old Java if it'll work. I'm sure you can find it somewhere up for grabs. That is if you're in a rush, if not, wait for Loftar to figure it out and sort the issue.

Loftar is the lead programmer, you could say. I don't think they have designated roles since there's only two of them.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I very much doubt that, but I can't say I have any real idea what this error is. It happens deep within JOGL's initialization code, and there doesn't seem to be any obvious precedent for it either. For all I know, it could be a bug in JOGL. Alternatively a bad OpenGL driver. I dunno.

download CPU-Z (zip) extract and run the 32 Bit exe - screenshot the CPU and also the memory Tab
http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.74-en.zip

both are in english (so we all can read it ;) )

AFAIK the last CCC driver working for your ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 (without modding) is 9.3 (2009)
