Trespassing and the gate system
If you enter a gate on a horse and then get off while on a claim you get stuck on that tile and nothing you do allows you to move. Shouldn't you be able to at least move back out of the claim? Think that this is a bit of an annoying bug with the horses...

You can just turn on criminal acts.
