Hunger time and others

hi there, it's me again, and the question this time is simple, how much time it takes the hunger to go down? i've already read this guide but there's no time needed write on 4 levels of hunger... i see it need like 20 minutes for 1% at "hungry" level, but i'm not sure and i miss the other 3 lvls anyway, so... anyone knows?

then i need a good combat guide, because i'm already dead 3 times against every tipe of animals (fox too -.-')

The fuller you are, the faster it drops. Or eat salt to instantly get rid of 50% (at salt of q10) of a bar.

Good advice, but a new player is not going to have access to salt.

On player claims, mostly in mountains, some in shallow water.

There are salt pits which are not claimed, today I harvested a total of 12 salt from such.

i know the "fuller the faster" but i don't know the time needed... anyway tnx for the salt advice, i didn't know that... i think i will steal some solt (all the salt pits i've found are claimed)

Please note that I will hunt down and kill whoever steals my Salt, and I am likely not the only one. Salt is very valuable.
