Animals dying while being tamed.

I'm not really sure if this a bug but when taming animals it seems that sometimes even though i'm using low damage moves and have yield toggled animals will die more often than gaining more taming points. This is very frustrating.

are u sure u are not missing a taming window in between? and what animals are you taming.

Related to taming, was taming my cow today and when I initiated combat the "yield" option never appeared... ???

Had this happen to me today with a sheep

Had it setup to go peacemode and it died to punches

You are simply to strong...

Solution: Unequip STR bonus gear, punch only when it has a defense up (so only a part of the damage comes through).

All you need for taming is the Shield and Parry melee combat moves. Parry gives little damage to what I can see.

Just happened to me, my str has been consistent for a few days now and I had already tamed a mouflon earlier with no problems, but now I had just killed 2 with peace mode and punches. Freaking annoying, please check and fix.

Got another mouflon ready to tame...here goes nothing.

EDIT: This one survived. I unequipped my sword and used only shield and dodges for defense and tried not to do too fast damage to it with punches.
