survive with 1hp left?

i have no idea how i did it, but i got only 1 hp left.
i've eaten lots of raw meat and fish before, then went afk fishing while starving at ~40% - does that have anything to with it?

so... what am i supposed to do now, and what not?
I haven't got any wool to heal myself.

I may only suggest you NEVER walk through the swamps. Well, maybe some good lag give you gauze...

Your best bet is to get some strength food and eat it. Every point of strength will give you another hhp. Con is even better. It will give you two points. Needless to say you cannot risk any kind of injury. No fighting, no roaming through the forest where there might be bears, and wear your shoes!

When you get up to six or so hit points you can ever so cautiously use one leech at a time.

Raw meat gives black fep. That takes away one hit point every time the black ones win the jackpot. So do onions greater than q9.
