Well: Full Buckets are Buildable

One of my farmers have accidentally built a bucket of vinegar into a well construction sign.

Not really a bug, no. It does highlight which objects are being used to build.

It's not really a bug. Not sure why someone would be carrying a bucket of vinegar while building a well.
