Saw him cutting down an apple tree near my friends house and destroying and plow. He also attempted to run away with his cart.

Do you think youc an achieve anything with that? Only a few people have rage so far, to hunt that guy down. Also you want them to walk over to your place (which might take hours) to let them kill someone with offering no payment whatsoever?
