Slight buff to the nine-tails curio

[SacreDoom]

I like the nine-tails curio because it actually gives squirrels a use, but it's hard to crank the quality of it up to reasonable levels. I propose adding a single piece of string to the recipe and having it factor into the quality of it to actually make it at least a bit viable. I'd say that the extra pain of having to gather squirrels to craft it could justify buffing it up a bit.

Or use dreams

There's something vaguely unsettling about the idea of mixing beautiful dreams and whips. Other then that, I agree with the buff.
