Stomping ground
If you walk above some tiles too often, they become dirt tiles. Kind of like paths form on places that have high traffic on them. They would revert back to the original biome tiles if the movement above them would stop.

Do you worry that nicely landscaped village will turn to wasteland with this sort of change?

You would have to pave your village, which would prevent this.Ysh wrote:Do you worry that nicely landscaped village will turn to wasteland with this sort of change?

But its obvious that running around your village all day would cause some damage to the grassy ground.Ysh wrote:Concrete wasteland is still wasteland to me.shubla wrote:You would have to pave your village, which would prevent this.Ysh wrote:Do you worry that nicely landscaped village will turn to wasteland with this sort of change?

I think idea could be neat, but amount of steps for it to dirt must be high for me. Maybe manual plant grass can be more hardy to the steps, or we can have some hardy grass alternate to plant.
