Bruise and leeches

the bruise wont turn into a leech burn no matter how many leeches i attach, they can suck me to death and still not change the wound over. Despite the wound claiming they work.

Quality of leeches matter, but if you've used several, RNG should eventually kick in.

Tested. Works as intended. Deceived by randomness. Not a bug.
