Pick up all nearby

I believe an useful feature to be added to this game would be the ability to pick up all items adjacent to the PC.

It would help farming a lot, picking up items that are stuck behind objects and a lot of other situations.

Only problems I can really think of are being able to pick up items that are past a wall, or that are on a claim (But you should be able to prevent these)

I hope to see this idea implemented,
