If we talking about same Beaver town (where knar stands next to pali/great hall) then this place is dead long time ago. Dunno why pclaim still active, probably somebody sometimes log in to check, but havent seen any activity in there.

I know where this is. I'm sure, as it looked inactive last I saw it several months ago (back in the summer months, June or July).

If i remember right, last time some movement in there was in April-May. But, like i told, pclaim and vclaim still on, so probably owner still shows up online just to fill up curios table. Anyway, people dont last long around this area, probably because no realm buffs.

it's why i settled a character there. was testing out some "early world" stuff where I didn't want them.

There's so many ruins there......
So far only Beaver Town managed to remain "alive".
