Please give more info.
Ping game.havenandhearth.com - what is given IP and is it pinging?
Check you have 56521 UDP port opened (nos sure its the right port, check you have no closed ports)
Ensure your provider or firewall is not blocking any traffic

Online-Guardian.exe sounds like a braindead virus scanner that is intercepting the connection to the game server.
