Post by Tommy631 »

perhaps we could get some nice weather effects perhaps accompanied with different music

for instance
  • Rain
    Snow
    Fog
    Haze
    Thunder & Lightning
the list goes on and on

What exactly do the various weather effects do anyways? Do you expect the developers to think for you?
I like apple juice.

This forum is for posting critique and ideas. If you feel strongly enough about an idea that you post it on the forum to suggest it be done, you should also take the time to think about your idea a little more carefully. Jorb and loftar have clearly already come up with plenty of ideas, these forums are for ideas that we want to see implemented as players.

Personally I like the weather idea. Fog would obviously make it more difficult to see (and torches wouldn't help), rain would help crops grow and maybe allow rainwater to be collected in buckets, on a hot, dry day you'd lose stamina faster, etc.
