Bees!

Cmon loftar, this is getting ridiculous. full armor 65 ua. I'm using an alt to lure out initial cloud and fighting the ones that spawn but if i even take 1 damage raid gets interrupted, sometimes bees spawn 3 at a time in fast intervals. Also i just raided 3 beehives successfully by some miracle and go absolutely nothing.

Can you balance this in a meaningful way? Skeps are integral to the game in many ways, for farming, and wax for mineholes. If I need full steel plate and 300 UA to raid beehives how the fuck am I supposed to get it with no metals. Why is raiding beehives as hard as ant dungeons. Does any of this make sense to you?

My suggestion is to not let damage break raiding. If I want to get stung to shit and facetank the damage i should be able to. Because raiding as it is 1/2 of the beehives are impossible without titan level stats. Raiding beehives is not intended to be endgame is it?




Also your ore gen this world is trash. 20 tin veins 1 iron olchre. I now have an anvil, smithys hammer, and pickaxe and 1000000 tin bars. Neato

Walk away from hives with bees if you are weak.
You can get hives without bees you just need to look at more of them.
Change your methods. Use roots don't mine out tunnels trying to find ore.

and yeah even if they are like this I should be allowed to raid it while taking damage without getting interrupted

I have spend maybe half hour to hour raiding these hives and have enough larva for half a dozen skeps. It is even easier now after patch, I will just harvest them when I am going out to pick wickers and quite a few will spawn no bee at all.

Is there an actual bug here, or does this thread belong in C&I? I can't see any bugs, just issues with the same mechanics we have two threads in C&I for.
