Make dropping sandfleas on claimed land a criminal act
Dropping sandfleas around others is a form of attack and should be treated as such. Otherwise, we'll have griefers hurting people who are AFK.

It's possible, and many people have already developed ideal ways to do it. Not having rage isn't saving hermits anymore.
