Goat bollocks regenerate [Unconfirmed]

Got four billies, kept two for breeding, castrated the other two. Labeled them as neuter to keep track.
One week later, they've grown up and have their bollocks back. Either I somehow forgot, or they just grew back. Former is unlikely since I have their bollocks in a chest next to the pen.
