How do I increase one of the attributes?

I ate some carrots, stats was like 3 cons 3 int, 16 perc of 25. Than i eat some other stuff (ants or smth) and my perception didn`t changed. Also, my perc is 10 still, due to i began increase it only few days later...
What should I do?

Keep trying. The percentage chance of getting a point in any stat is spread between all the FEP you've gained since the bar reset. If you ate a food which gave only Per FEP and no other types, you would have a 100% chance of the point going to Per. If you ate other types and had Per, Con, Int and Cha FEPs, you may get any of those stats, weighted by the FEP distribution. Just because you had more in Per was not a guarantee, only a higher chance.

by that he means if you had 20 out of 25fep points in perception by the time the 25points are filled theres a 80% chance that perception will be raised a point once you fill the bar

also the amount of points needed depends on how high your highest stat is (not counting the ones you can raise with lp)(dont yell at me btw, just want to make sure its clear:P)
