An neautral village/town run by players anywhere?

Post by donatas081294 »

I wasn't sure where to post this as apples and oranges were more about trade and the moot seemed more like realm business. So here I am wondering is there a neautral ground like "safe" place for players like a village or town run by players who accept all and work together and build their own housing and so on. Like it any typical mmorpg for example runescape, but instead the town being run by devs with full of npcs, there are players maintaining it and expanding it. Like group of hermits and heck even doing quests and/or trades with each other and anyone are free to come and leave.

You spawn in Brodgar by building it and then inviting people publicly to join Brodgar. People know the drill.
