I think there is a problem with the actual animal taming.
If you got a job or any activity, you got no wau to planify your taming phase.
I waited yesterday evening for my Pig to tame, last taming phase happened 48H before.
I waited so more than 48h and this boar isn't yet ready for the next phase... I don't know if this is a planned feature but it's really a pain to tame the animals 5/10% per 5/10% cause your got no idea on when they will be ready for that, and of course this phase is happening just when you go to bed or work.

Unfortunately I don't think it's a bug. It does suck but you should still be able to tame it, it will just take 1 or 2 more fights due to it dropping 5% taming now and then.
