mouse control problem

Controlling the character with the mouse does not work, buttons on the panel and various functions work. I click to move the character with the mouse over the location, nothing happens, I can only move by opening the map and clicking the place on the map, how to solve this problem, reinstalled the client and java
(Не работает контроль персонажем при помощи мыши, кнопки на панели и разные функции работают. Нажимаю для передвижения персонажа мышью по локации ничего не происходит, передвигатся могу только открыв карту и нажав на карте место, как решить эту проблему, переустанавливал клиент и java)
