1. It's a forest tile
2. I can plant it but it doesn't allow me to line up the plants uniformly
3. Only works when I press shift and it randomly plants the tree on the tile
4. Can't interact on the tile with the usual right click
5. The tree is alive in a treepot
6. No I haven't tried using shovels
7. Is this a bug?

Re: Can't plant tree on a tile
Have you right clicked pot to get plant tree flower menu, then planted the tree that way?

Re: Can't plant tree on a tile
Something was changed somewhere in one of the 6 weekly patches we got in the past 12 monthsRodimus wrote:what happened to clicking the pot and then right clicking on tile?
IIRC it was done to make it easier to plant trees the way you want them to be, rather than estimating the rotation and position
