Why does it keep saying "Could not connect to server"?

Everytime I attempt to log in, an error message comes up saying that it couldn't connect to server. Help!
.....If that's what they say here on "Earth"

The server appears to have crashed :(

The server last talked to me at Tue May 11 01:04:24 2010 (UTC)

It's back up now.

When that happens, if you're in IRC someone will generally say when it's up. If not, click "Home" on the top and reload every now and then.
