Aggroed a boar, got hit 3 times for around 25/9 damage, got a punch sore wound which became a bruise which became blunt trauma, all in those 3 hits. I've also been constantly been getting deep cuts after only 3-6 HHP damage, then having them split further after getting a splinter while chopping trees. I know a guy who got two Something Brokens just from fighting a handful of bats in his cave; he only noticed after getting to about half SHP.
What gives? Getting wounds that require surgery or other advanced treatments on day 3 just for engaging in necessary combat with bats and foxes, while wearing armor, feels really lame, and don't get me started on getting cruel incisions or nasty lacerations just from chopping trees.
