When I Tried To Start, It Doesn't Work
I have a Windows 7 Computer, but since I haven't played before, it has to install before I can play, but when I try that, sometimes it can get about 3/4 the way, and freeze, but now it doesn't even get close.

You mean this is during the download phase? Does the Java Web Start window say anything at all?
