Private message is better, they may start hiding their outlaws/valuable shit if they think somebody is coming. Scent locations are also good. Even if you do like them, you can get some of the loot if it's a big group.

Yes sir... there's this character called "snugglesnail" that has been terrorizing the community for years... scaring away new players and reducing the population of my favorite game... he posts perverted stuff constantly on forums and nobody seems to care... if you could look into it I would really appreciate it.. I hope one day he can stop and become a good person... He kind of looks like this if you've seen him:
