In desperate need of wool or gauze

Hello. I only have 5 HHP left and I really need gauze. I live in a small settlement in a far southern cell. I had 30 HHP but lost 25 on the way here because of bear and boar attacks. I can give low q bricks and glass and other knickknacks. We have some chantrelles, a few 23 q bones, nothing really that special. I just really need gauze. Leeches haven't done anything to me yet.
