Transfer of ownership of a private claim is now an explicit act which can be performed by holding the claim's bond item, and right-clicking the Hearthling you wish to transfer the claim to. You can no longer study "Bond of Blood & Soil"s to gain control over private claims.

Terrible change. Absolutely horseshit. If you forget to check your study for your bond after a gank you deserve to be punished. Hugbox simulator.

Mini dungeon's are not very fun I have done the Fox One and the badger one so far and it's the same thing , enter the dungeon fight off 3-4 animals immediately, which is the hardest part of the dungeon.

Then after that , you can usually fight one at a time but there is never any good loot. Just like 10-15 animals to kill.

Guess I was expecting a super mob at the end that dropped something good like high quality tools (axe/pick/saw) etc..

Good change to bonds, honestly. It was just a nab trap that only caught the nabbiest nabs and was therefore basically pointless outside of pretty sprucecap griefing.
