Liberty Caps Effect can cause real life seizures

Remove it or change it.

Here's my argument:


I know I can completely force-disable it. I know all the other custom client devs can force-disable it too. I don't care. We shouldn't have to do this in the first place.

I have not heard any case of this crap causing seizures and I really don't want to hear any happening in the future either.

If you want to make this change a reality you should consider other options like brigading Jorb during a dev stream or spamming the forums about it during the period each fall that Jorb and Loftar check the forums.
