Giving away area for village

Recently I have attempted to start a village, however, I have recently realized that I am simply not on enough to be a Lawspeaker. Hence I am giving away the space where I was planning to start my village, complete with a mine (type unknown as there is a abandoned claim by it) three clay spots (QL38 and QL16 acre, QL10 ball clay) a town farm (onions, wheat, hope and flax) and a cave.

There are two conditions to this deal:

1) I am allowed to join the village once built, and will not be kicked out unless I steal, vandalize, tresspass or attack someone. (No kicking me out because I'm not on enough or you don't like me)

2) I get access to the mine. (been in to many villages where only a few people were let in the mine.)

I am a good player when I'm on, and a nice guy in general. PM me if interested.

Board and bears almost killed me, the thorn in the foot just annoyed me and proved that J&L killed me.
