I'm looking for Constantinople but I need someone to lead me there. Will someone that lives there join a party with me to see if I can find it?
I'll need a hearth secret to see when my lead is online.
Can anyone help?

The crossroad is back up. So yes, it is ready.

So can someone near Nople give me a hearth secret to follow?
