How about 11,000 bricks. I built that wall myself with only ~8,500 bricks. The extra 2,500 bricks will pay for the mansions, everything else in there is worthless.
q25 soil,no clay,q10 water, a L1 minehole with q15 iron ore rendered completely worthless because i destroyed the only crossroads to it and i doubt anyone that buys it will have the strength to break the brickwall same for the sellers and a L2 minehole that has no ores within 100 tiles of it.

Also how could you let my mansion decay like it has ;_;
