I don't see how. Stealing everything valuable someone owns resets him. Forcing someont to port in the wilderness (unless he can call for help) also resets that person.

Not to mention I'm new and he's clearly experienced, and I more-or-less mind my own business while he steals others' hard work purely for personal gain.

I could rant and bring up reasons but why bother? The Devs have stated they hate this action and that it should never be done. Fairly unanimously the community frowns upon it as well. It's a cheap way to grief people and often circumvents criminal acts. God forbid someone forget to seal a post by accident or not log on Exactly 12 hours after building a post.

Yeah no one has ever even used walls or structures to trap their enemies and/or criminals and it's a totally exploitative tactic that breaks the game and has never been used before. No one would ever come up with such an idea in reality, and such things have never been used before.

Oh shit, I lied:

God forbid anyone have two brain cells that knock together to form some sort of intelligent comment or idea on something that should never have been deemed "griefing" in a game where you fucking die permanently if someone punches you three times or an animal breathes on you.

IIRC, Jorb has stated at least once that he won't be using His Mighty Fist to enforce that rule anymore.

Remember, it's only wrong if you get caught.
