Infamous Waffles Downed

To everyone out there trying to kill waffles, I am glad to announce that he has fallen.
After nearly an hour of waiting for him to either walk inside a house, or lift a boat I finally decided to spar him and then have my friend agro and punch him when his def bar was completely depleted.
He was no match for me in the 1v1 only dropping my defense down to mid 70s. On the other hand, I dropped him down to mid 30s with one blow. I quickly switched regained attack and punched him yet again, depleting his defense bar. As soon as his defense bar was gone, my friend agro'd and punched him hard.
Waffles then tried to make a run for it and us knowing he had keys to palisade gates, and brickwall gate, he could easily escape by going into them and shutting the door behind him. He tried to escape into the first gate, leading into the cave but I managed to catch up to him meaning he wasn't able to get a clean getaway. Waffles then ran out the front gate and my friend chased him out and managed to get out with him. I however got locked in the village. As my friend chased him, I was waiting for the spar to deagro so I could use the crossroad to get outside.
After a minute or so, I grabbed a boat and ported outside. I caught up to them in no time and left the boat on the lake side, running inland towards Waffles. We chased him for a few minutes and he then ran out of water. It seems the poor noob was only carrying one water bucket with him. He wasn't going to be able to outrun me and my friend as we both had 3-4 buckets of water on us.

what did poor waffles do to deserve it, besides being good with syrup?
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
