Q532 leather pants? How? Troll Hide and water doesn't reach nearly that level as far as I'm aware...which would only leave bark (or worse, boards) of quality in the several thousands, but that would be ridiculous. Am I missing something?

You can use hardened leather as a normal leather, with wax HQL and leather hql you get high quality hardened leather and thats how. You got a +1 from me for not quoting screens.
