There's the Topaz n crew ppl who arent doing anything yet, there's the Dis'n'Koreans, there's the A.D.'n'Polska Krv, there's the megam8s who have quit about mid world, then you have the smaller "factions" like Brodgar which pops up every world, the Electronic Morons or whatever their name is who have supposedly quit this world but some of them play, Emerald City is a big one, being a faction of peaceful farmers, mainly they test bugs and trade, etc.
Not sure what a "faction" would be defined as but these are the most popular
