Looks to be in the folder of wherever you installed the client. In the "map" folder

You'll need one of the map viewing/editing tools that people use in the Salem community. There was a post made around the forums regarding a map tool, so just find that :)

If you mean free camera rotation, that could be useful.

I found it but I don't know how I'm supposed to run the program without downloading tools to compile the source, if it's only giving the source files. I can't find the compiled version? As seen by my post below, I'm not used to using that website. Where do I find the compiled program? Thank you again.

This is the tutorial, head to the "Downloads" tab to download the tool.

Where is the "downloads" tab? For someone not used to that website, it's not very obvious to me. I saw a way to download the source files only.. but I want to use the program. Thank you.

Noticed your client makes a whole lot of session folders despite not logging off or entering mines/houses. Any idea why and how to stop it? :D Also saw it skip some tiles entirely.

Edit: Moved my character into a cave, was able to load. Leaving the cave, I am unable to build the map.

Got the same problem.

You can download the free Visual Studio here https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs and it's easy to compile once installed. If you want I can upload a compiled version as well.
