Gauze

Not sure if this is a bug, an oversight, or a choice, but wounds don't get treated with gauze. Maybe this is to allow multiple treatments, but makes it tough to figure out which is which sometimes.

Your mask slot needs to be open for it to work.
You can only treat one wound at a time with gauze.
W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.
W10 - ???, ruined and forgotten.

He means when you treat with poultice, the wound is then labeled "treated with poultice". This is not the case with gauze.
Multiple treatments meaning treating it with gauze and poultice, etc.

At least that was my interpretation.
