Let me make some things clear, i guess? I'm almost 100% ok with how the game is right now; if it werent' for the possibility of bug-dying or getting bug-raided - I dare to say I would be perfectly happy. All the theories we've discussed above were, in fact, just theories, in a form of "a problem is voiced - a possible (not even trying to be a perfect one) solution is suggested". Since neither of us can tell without a considerable stretch "what the people want from the game", we can only judge from our own point of view. So, what "mark" are we talking about, it seems I've "missed" the moment where I was supposed to "hit" something? =)Duane wrote:scary, really.
As for some kind of a conclusion to this all-around pleasant discussion, my bet is we get something more or less "drakonian" in game changes next world (that would be W10, yes?). Until then all theories will stay theories, because, hittig mark or not, to have such a large-scale impact as revising the whole community interaction paradigm, the changes should be, to say the least, drastic.
